Our client is looking for a Senior Investment Analyst to work directly with the Investment Director. This is a fantastic opportunity to be an essential part of the investment team and be involved with the entire Lifecycle of the investments, working on acquisitions through to disposals.

The successful candidate must he highly analytical and have a passion for real estate. You will work closely with the entire business from the Investment Director to the Asset Managers. There is a Data Analyst in the team that you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of.

We are working exclusively with £1.5bn backed residential Investment and Development business based in London but with offices in the midlands as well. The successful candidate would be based in the Midlands and will be tasked with growing their team and deploying capital. My client has already done a number of high-profile deals and has another £400m in the pipeline. They have a strong pipeline of land and would be looking to build on this heavily year on year.

My client is particularly interested in meeting candidates with a strong land and housebuilder background with a track record in the Midlands. You would work very closely with the senior management of the business and be fundamental to the growth of this office and company.
